Hello, welcome to my very unorganized, inconcise, auto-biographical 'About me' page. You can call me Vinny, or the full moniker SerbianKnifeFight, shortening it to serby/serb is fine but it feels weird to get called by your nationality. I'm 16 years old as of writing this, and i'm a high school student in Serbia. I was born on the 2nd of July in 2009. My main interest is Mathematics, with physics coming close but math being my main interest. As for specifics i'm into electrical engineering - with that being what i'll be studying in college, i've also been programming since i was 10 years old, though i usually say 12 because before that it wasn't anything serious. While i do program, it's not something i want to do full-time. I've also been playing piano since i was 9 years old, i would say i'm pretty good at it, if i ever picked up a 2nd instrument it'd definetly be the Saxophone. I just love the sound of the sax, definetly my 2nd favorite instrument, next to my piano - while i was forced by my parents to pick up an instrument, i ended up loving it so thanks. And with that, i'm very interested in the mathematics of music theory, and obviously all other aspects of music theory - it's a very fascinating science! I also compose my own tracks for personal satisfaction/purpose of creating art, or as game soundtracks. I frequently do photo editing and 2d/3d art, however the visual arts were never something i was blessed with. One of the reasons i started programming is to create video games because it's definetly my favorite art form, besides that, i'd also like to build my own OS some day. For those curious, i know Lua, and i'm a beginner in all 3 members of the C family (I know C++ the best). Other than i frequently play Chess and read Books - Lie, i don't necessarily read fiction, in the sense of i don't read artistic literature. I usually read scientific papers and theory books, but i do find myself enjoying a story from time to time. That ties into another one of my interests, political economy and workers rights. Yes i am a socialist. I've read multiple socialist works and critiques. Other than that, the artistic works i have read and enjoyed are Homestuck by Andrew Hussie and 17776 & 20020 by Jon Bois. Homestuck is the most important media in my life, full stop. I've never been more influenced and inspired by anything more than homestuck, it had a chokehold on my life since the moment i've read it. It's not for everyone, but i suggest for everyone to begin reading it, and if it's not for you, oh well, but if you manage to enjoy it as much as i did, i'm glad i was able to share something that means a lot to me. My chess is going good, i've been playing chess semi-regularly since i was 14, and even before that when i was younger than 8 with my grandfather, and i've only been getting better at it since then (Obviously, that's usually how it works.) All of my interests are very 'first come, first serve'. I usually get those short fixations from time to time but i always come back to my roots, all of my interests i've had since i was very young, and that's for individual interests too, with games and music and books.
You can check out my shills right here.

Music
Music is something i very much enjoy, i say i can live without music (Most likely a lie.), but it is still a very important part of my life. I'm genuinely into all kinds of music, but my favorite genre, and the one i always return to is something people like to call 'Alternative Rock', again, refer to when i said all my interests are first come, first serve. I'm also a huge fan of video game soundtracks, because i think a lot of genius goes into that aswell, and of course, i'm a huge fan of Musicals as an artform and way to tell a story. Have you ever heard about the fabled YouTube/Bandcamp mashup/remix project SiIvaGunner? Siivagunner is extremely fascinating to me, so many talented people work on it, and i love it to death. Speaking of 'the people who work on it', a lot of them create (And a lot of songs on siivagunner themselves are) YTPMVS! YTPMV is one of my biggest music interests, i love listening to and creating my own YTPMVs
